As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge technologies and streamline production workflows. You will have the chance to work with the latest tools and software, including SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and AutoCAD, to design and optimize our assembly lines. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process analyses to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the assembly line.
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize production processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and automation systems.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and implement new machinery and tools.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on new equipment and processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on assembly line optimization and automation.
• Proven experience with SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems is a plus.
