In this role, you will be the face of our luxury villas, ensuring every guest feels pampered and well-cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your daily tasks will include preparing villas for guests, managing housekeeping schedules, arranging transportation, and coordinating with local service providers to ensure seamless guest experiences. With a focus on high-end hospitality, you will be part of a team that strives to exceed guest expectations and leave lasting impressions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain luxury villas to the highest standards, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities.
• Provide personalized service to guests, including greeting them upon arrival and assisting with their needs throughout their stay.
• Manage housekeeping schedules and coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure villas are maintained to luxury standards.
• Arrange and coordinate transportation for guests, including airport transfers and local excursions.
• Coordinate with local service providers such as restaurants, tour operators, and spa providers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for special occasions or group stays.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler or concierge role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and service providers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Knowledge of local Bali culture, customs, and attractions is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali is required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
