📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision parts with high accuracy and quality
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure parts are manufactured according to specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize production efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC milling machines
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes and implement best practices
• Keep accurate records of production data and machine performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Milling Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with CNC milling machines and programming software such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas
• Knowledge of G-code programming and machine setup
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting and moving heavy parts
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
