📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain e-commerce platforms using Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.

Integrate CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to enhance customer relationship management.
Analyze and report on e-commerce metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement data-driven strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-commerce and CRM systems.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and CRM.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT software development, with a focus on e-commerce and CRM.
Proficient in programming languages such as PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
