- Provide personalized advice and support to help students achieve their career goals.
- Assist students with the application process for Japanese language courses and overseas employment.
- Conduct career assessments and provide guidance on career development.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, workshops, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information and progress.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in career counseling or student recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese language and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Certification in career counseling or a related field is a plus.
