In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documents for our products and services. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is up-to-date and meets the needs of our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documents.
  • Review and edit documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.
  • Ensure that our documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in technical writing.
