📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a well-presented store.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Handle cash and manage store finances, including counting and depositing cash.
  • Promote sales and special offers to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, proactive, and customer-centric attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
