📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop user interfaces for medical applications,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies,Mentor and guide junior designers in the team,Create and maintain design systems and style guides,Ensure designs are accessible and compliant with medical standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design,Proven experience in designing medical applications,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles,Experience with usability testing and user research,Knowledge of medical terminology and standards,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
