📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular operational reviews to assess performance and make necessary adjustments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
