Cafe Vera Bakery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Line Cook to join our team. As a Senior Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food products. You will be responsible for managing a team of line cooks and ensuring that all food items are prepared according to our high standards. This is a full-time position located in Kuningan, Jawa Barat, with a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of food items according to established recipes and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of line cooks, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to perform at their best.,Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented in a clean and hygienic manner.,Maintain and clean all cooking equipment and utensils.,Ensure that all food items are prepared and served in a timely manner.,Monitor food quality and safety, ensuring that all food items meet our high standards.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Experience in managing a team of line cooks.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international cuisines.,Ability to use a variety of cooking equipment and utensils.
