📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Prepare and analyze budget reports and forecasts.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia).,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
