📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect products.,Promote and upsell our products to increase sales.,Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotions and sales events.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other retail staff.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of fashion trends and products.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
