📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Create and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor restaurant performance and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Plan and execute special events and promotions to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving restaurant performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
