📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control cash flow and liquidity.,Lead and mentor the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
