Mandiri Permata is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. This role involves testing, evaluating, and improving the quality of our offerings to meet customer expectations and industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting thorough testing of products and services to identify defects and issues.,Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.,Collaborating with development teams to ensure that products meet quality standards.,Creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.,Executing tests and analyzing results to identify and report defects.,Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with quality standards.,Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Providing training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.,Experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
