Bold Store Unggul is looking for a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and development,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture
