📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to learners.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software is a plus.
