📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of area managers to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • Developing and implementing operational plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing leadership and support to the team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with property management software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
