📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Create and maintain lesson plans and curriculum materials,Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback,Facilitate group discussions and workshops,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in education,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company goals,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees,Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or training,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in using educational technology and software,Familiarity with HR management systems and processes,Certifications in education or training are a plus,Fluent in Indonesian and English
