📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the insurance industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus
