Salon Putri Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pekanbaru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work environment.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.,Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.
