📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of laundry services.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for distribution.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution routes and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and maintain distribution reports and other relevant documentation.,Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or distribution industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution management and logistics operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
