📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service and support.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Use CRM software to manage customer data and track interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
