Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
