📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitoring branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Driving sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and market share.,Participating in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.,Strong knowledge of business operations, including sales, marketing, and finance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
