📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waitress in taking orders and delivering food and beverages to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting low stock items.,Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure.,Assist in training and supporting new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented personality.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
