In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Provide administrative support during the recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
