As an Assistant IT Support at Sentral Dewi Shop, you will work closely with our IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our IT inventory, and providing training to our employees on basic IT skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve IT issues
  • Maintain and update IT inventory
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
  • Provide training to employees on basic IT skills
  • Monitor and report on IT system performance
  • Work closely with the IT department to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts
  • Familiarity with common IT software and tools
