📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of daily activities and programs designed to promote active ageing and ageing-in-place.
- Assist in the development and coordination of social, recreational, and educational activities for residents.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure personalized care plans are executed effectively.
- Monitor resident well-being and report any changes to the care team.
- Assist in the administration of medications and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
- Support the facility manager in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of care policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Experience with activity planning and coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with healthcare software such as EPIC or Cerner.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
