📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure that the store meets all safety and compliance standards.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Support the Store Manager in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
