📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Monitor and control access to the hotel premises, including visitors and service providers.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintain and operate security equipment, such as CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems.,Provide security training and awareness programs to staff and guests.,Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a safe and secure environment.,Maintain accurate and detailed security reports and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to security and safety.,Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Familiarity with security equipment and technology.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
