📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and event logistics.,Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure that all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure that their needs are met throughout the event.,Set up and break down banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.,Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and other administrative tasks as needed.,Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and other relevant tools.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional hospitality or event management training preferred.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Flexible and adaptable to different work environments and situations.
