Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.,Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of company goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them within the team.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge and understanding of the aluminum industry, including its processes, products, and markets.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
