📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and relay guest orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
• Provide excellent table service, including refilling water glasses and clearing plates.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocking and organizing.
• Stay updated on menu items and specials.
• Promote the restaurant's ambiance and offerings to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
